If you've got fuck all else to watch its ok. Like Gomorrah for spotty teenagers and not half as good. The characters pissed me off so much as well. Probably a 6.5/10 overall.

I loved it when it was out. I tried to go back to it at some point and it didn't quite work the same for me. Dunno why. I stopped after 2 or 3 episodes.

Watched Episode 1 Tokyo Vice really enjoyable insight into crime in Japan. Note that subtitle function should be switched on. Saw in tbe credits that Michael Mann directs it. 8 out of 10

It's a good mini-series this but a bit clunky and I don't think Andrew Garfield was particularly great casting.

Never knew during the 1970 world Cup the country was under a military dictatorship. 

Bit of a cliche but he still comes across as proper humble and he gets choked up taking about tue win.

That dummy he does on the keeper is ridiculous

Staying out of the Stranger Things thread to avoid spoilers but Dear Billy (season 4, episode 4) is quite possibly the single greatest episode of TV I've ever seen.

I've just finish Pistol. I realise it's not been universally loved. But I didn't really know the story, accepted it mightn't be 100% accurate, and just took that as my starting point. I really quite enjoyed it. The end all felt a little rushed to me and I didn't much like the 4:3 aspect ratio, but otherwise I thought it was a decent watch. 7.5/10.

I just started a 30 min comedy called Killing It, starring Craig Robinson. I'm not sure how to describe the show, but I would say if you like Craig Robinson, give it a go. Pilot episode 8/10.

Last episode was 2 hours 20. Desperate to make it a cinematic experience it went on a bit. Feel like it's ran its course and could've ended and tied everythingup.

I enjoyed it, it could have been better had they gone in a creepier True Detective 1 way.

Watched that last night and I can only agree.

I've just finished Sherwood from the BBC. I don't much enjoy British dramas any more, but I thought this was pretty decent. I found it a little slow at times and I couldn't quite make out what the 2nd murderer brought to the story (aside from weirdly almost light relief). But all in all a solid 7/10 for me.

Agreed, it didn't seem to tie in with the real story whatsoever. The 'light relief' scene was quite funny.

3 episodes into Pam & Tommy and I fucking love it. If I'd known Seth Rogen and Nick Offerman were in it I'd have watched it the day it came out.

It was loosely based on a real story, the bloke in real life shot his daughter dead rather than killed his daughter in law. It didn't add much to the story I agree though
