What perks / set up would I need if I didn't want to be seen by a UAV?

 

I'd like to have a set up where the opposition couldn't see me no matter what they had, be it scanners / uav etc.

You'll need the following for certain.

 

Perk1 - (Perk 1 Greed Wildcard)

 

Blind Eye

Ghost

 

Perk 2

 

Cold Blooded

 

You could add Dead Silence in Perk 3 so that they cannot hear you either. Obviously you'll need to run a suppressor on your primary as well.

But doesn't ghost only work if you are moving? If I am not moving, I will still be seen by the UAV won't I?

Correct. Ghost only works while you're on the move. There is no set-up available to keep you off the UAV if you remain stationary.

 

Ghost is the only perk that will keep you off the UAV, so for full stealth mode, you'd need to use it.

Finally have a decent game in this little sesh, and my PS3 crashes! Grrrr! Fucking, rage, bastard, cunt!

Was having a bit of a shit time of it in the later session, and to top it all off, I think my PS3 has died on me again.

 

After rage quitting and switching off, I gave myself 5 minutes to get me shit together and switched on. I was on for a couple of minutes before the dreaded 'power myself off' beep sounded.

 

I've switched on a couple more times, and the life of the machine has varied from 5 minutes to 30 seconds, so I reckon it's fucked once more. Calling it a night now and will see what the situation is come tomorrow morning.

 

Last thing I fucking need right now is the PS3 kicking the bucket. Especially after I've bought the bastarding season pass a week or so back.

It happens. That's the 3rd time it has gone on me, and the last...

 

Replacement has been ordered and should be delivered tomorrow.

 

(Un)Fortunately, the last backup I took was back in August, so I'll be able to restore that data onto the new machine. I'll see what I can salvage from the HDD of the YLOD machine using a caddy to connect to my PC.
