I wasn't watching the City match because I was watching us against Swansea. Fair dues to Swansea for having purpose in the second half. Our players looked like they were already thinking about their holidays. Doni was pretty good though.

Hmmm Joey Barton. Why deliberately get yourself sent off? Is it because deep down inside you're a Liverpool fan and you were doing your best to make sure that Utd didn't win the title?

Well he's probably looking at a 10 match ban for all of that. Surely just a couple of early bookings would have sufficed.

If I was city I'd be pushing for an assault charge there, in fact if the police knew how to do their job he would have been arrested as he walked from the pitch.

Amusing that they're on their phones but it's the Sunderland fans who break it to them, with somewhat unrestrained glee.

It was funny how Sunderland fans enjoyed sticking the knife in, celebrating City's win. Wasn't expecting that what with all the ex-Manc players in their team.

He is nothing more than a thug on a football pitch. Utter tool.

Barton on Twitter saying he took Aguero out to 'take a player with him'.

He should be banned for no less than 15 games. Utter scum.

Love how he's tried making out he's some scholar, only to revert to type. Just can't help himself.

That is unbelievable, well actually it isn't, it's Barton.

I repeat, city should push for an assault charge and the league, based on evidence and his latest twitter should ban him for as long as they can.

He's put that on Twitter? What a tool. Aguero probably has too much class to get him charged, and answered him in the best possible way. To paraphrase Holly McClane - after all your Twitter posturing, all your little speeches, you're nothing but a common thug.

I must confess that I've found his alleged reinvention as football's great thinker deeply amusing. He's scarcely literate!

That`s Micah Richards.

Richards is trying to escort Barton off. Balotelli (with the blond fauxhawk) approaches Barton from the left of your screen and Barton doesn't take kindly to it.

I don't think he can get an additional ban since he was already shown the red card on the pitch.

Fantastic, fucking brilliant City - let them think they have won the league, let Rooney think he's score the league winning goal, let Fergie prepare his winners speech for the Daily Mirror and sly sports and then snatch it away right at the end ha ha ha ha ha fucking ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought it was fantastic they way it happened. I've been in a remote cabin for a couple of days so didn't find out until now. I thought Man U would win it, I'm fucking delighted they didn't. And the way they lost it was just the icing on the cake.

Take that, you fucking cunts.

It's been a shit season for us, and we've still contrived to win more than those horrible Manc cunts. I take no joy in City winning the league as I don't think they're good for football, but I would side with them in a heartbeat over the vermin. It was fucking hilarious the way it was decided as well, the full time whistle went seconds before Dzeko scored. They didn't raise a sweat against Sunderland and have the cheek to complain about injury time at City. And the faces of the Bitters in work, who went straight into smacked arse mode, was a sight to behold as well. Gutted their second favourite team didn't win the league. So much so in fact, not one peep out of them about the league placing.

Desperation. They've fucked up, big time, and "the master of the mind games" has been hung out to dry by his own fat mouth. However, you have to give him credit for taking them so close to the title, because that United squad is average. How close they came to winning the league is a wake up call for this country.

Anyone who thinks football is still a game of 2 teams of 11 players kicking a ball about competitively should have a look at sky sports 3 now. The real madrid end of season bollocks / trophy awarding ceremony is a cross between the oscars and an olympic games opening ceremony. Gutwrenching vomitworthy bullshit.

Cracking post, but I will admit that I took satisfaction in City getting the winner as I jumped up and down and gave it beans. The one thing that sickened me was after the game finished and the pub I was in stuck 'Blue Moon' on the jukebox and everybody lapped that shit up. Is that what we've become?

We fucking have to get back there. Joy soon turned to jealousy and I just looked at every one of those City players and thought how I'd love to take that title off them. It's possible. We haven't got the money they have, but we can certainly spend it more wisely than them. God knows how long it will take us to get our shit in order though. We fucking have to soon. Nobody at this club should tolerate with being irrelevant any longer. We fucking have to get ourselves together.
