I'd rather we just didn't buy any more squad players. Those roles should be filled by the up and coming lads from the youth team. We don't need Murphy, Diao (who actually don't think is that bad, but anyway), Traore, Cheyrou and the like sitting on their arses making £20,000 a week whilst offering nothing to the team. So it's no point in replacing those players with ones of a similar quality, whether they are English or not. Let the likes of Welsh, Otsemobor, and Mellor fill those squad/cover roles, and replace the 6 or so outgoing wasters with 2 or 3 real top quality players.

I know it won't happen, but it definitely should.
