Would you take Momo back for the right price?

This is key for me too, we have absolutely no aggression in our pressing now that Masch is gone, hence teams coming to Anfield taking the piss... I disagree with the above posters saying we need a passing midfielder, it's a lot more urgent to get someone that can actually pressure the opposition, and even win the ball back!!

If we lose the ball in midfield now (and we have done that a lot so far), teams are cutting through our slow back four at will, with Momo back they would at least feel some pressure instead of being able to walk towards our box.

Oh, and yes, I'd have him back in a heartbeat!

We simply need to change our focus. Sitting back passively, like Hodgson wants us to do is never going to work.

I'm not a fan of Rafa but his idea of pressing high when you lose the ball is the right way to play. Of course, we need to play with a high line, as well, which we never did.

I thought Poulsen has looked shit in every game he's played for and was a bit mystified with a few people singing his praises in the first couple of games but put it down to wanting the new boy to be good.

Momo is boss.

I thought he looked tidy in his first one or two games, and it was acknowledged that he had basically had no pre season or anything so was gonna take a bit of time to settle in and find his feet.

Fact is he has now had many more games and is still walking round at the same pace and is losing even the simplest ability to find his own man with a pass.

The game for Denmark the other day was shocking and I will be devestated if his name is on the team sheet having seen that Denmark performance.

I seem to remembers having one half decent match where he started to get stuck into tackles and wasnt one of the worst 3 players on the pitch. Sunderland maybe?

How much did we receive for Poulsen?

He's still here...

The older carragher gets the further back the line goes...he's just signed a 2 year extension.

Yes on the basis that he's better than what we currently have, at least 640 times better. Yeah we got rid but that was because we got the opportunity to sign Masch who was and is better, but has since fucked off.

No on the basis that we should probably be setting our sights a little higher, but who and are they available, willing and affordable?
