Are you only adding it to the first song on the album? You have to highlight all of the tracks before you right click.

I'm doing it for the album. When i click on music I right click on the album than i add it through "get info". Am i doing it right?

After you right click on the Album and select Get info you should get the message "Are you sure you want to edit information for multiple items?"

Select "Yes"

A box will open with the header "Edit Multiple item information"

Double click on the Artwork box in the bottom right hand corner and select the Artwork you require wherever you have it stored on your PC.

The selected artwork should now appear in the "Artwork" box

Click OK and you are finished.

You may need to this in both your ipod and also your library on your PC if you want to keep both up to date.

Hope this helps.

Don't think you're doing it wrong necessarily, just a different way to how I do it. Try my way anyway to see if it makes any difference.

Click on the first track. Hold "shift" and then click on the last one. Right click and choose "Get Info". Double click on the "album artwork" box and pick your album artwork.

That's what I do. I've got an iPhone and it syncs the artwork perfectly that way.

I'm wondering if you're not going through the whole process. You can't just tick the artwork box. If you've done it right you should see the artwork in that little square.

Right click - Get info

Double-click in the artwork square.

Select the artwork you want from your hard drive and double click

Make sure that the pic you selected shows in the box

Click Ok

Also, what file type are you trying to use? Jpeg is the way forward. Perhaps it doesn't lend itself to gifs or photoshop (psd, png).

Why does everyone keep calling me Terry?

Anyhoo, just do that 'get info' thing and save the artwork in the little box.

Could be worse could be calling you Tezza.

Thanks. Is it when you delete the artwork off your computer it goes black?
