Modric has been decent, but he's not 11m better than Yossi - who he reminds me of. All of Croatia's players look comfortable with the ball and they have, at times, played some nice stuff. Their inability to finish off a team as poor as this Austrian one, however, makes it very unlikely that they'll get very far in this tournament.

With the exception of the first 30 minutes, Croatia have been shit and Austria deserve at least a point here. They've been all over Croatia in the second half. Can't see them scoring though.

Was expecting to see Austria absolutely thrashed with all the negative vibes from the Austrian public etc, but they've made a game of it the last 15 minutes. Croatia look like they've employed Drogba as their diving coach.

I really enjoyed that game, probably had something to do with a decent commentator as much as the game, but it was a really excellent game, pity Austria didn't have the guile, or luck, to beat the diving, cheating Croats.
