It’s really doing my head in as everything looks right and is identical to my setup. I’m having no problems at all yet she gets no results.

Might be worth a fresh install of Kodi.

I don’t think that’s allowed but it’s worth a go. 
 

After Elite’s fresh install idea I’m stumped. Usually it’s just a case of re-authentication.

I think you can use upto 5 additional connections but not simultaneously

Yeah that usually works but it’s not on this occasion.

 

When I select a link in Fen, you see the name of the providers at the bottom of the screen and then the last thing you see before the results is “Real Debrid”. On my mums that “Real Debrid” message just doesn’t appear.

 

Her RD account is there in the settings, had been revoked and re-authenticated multiple times.

 

Only thing left to do is fresh install of Kodi which is a ballache because I don’t live close and she will struggle to do it herself.

Best thing to do is swap fire sticks , bit of a pain but at least you can mess around at home then swap again when you're sorted

Okay so have made some progress. Long story short, I cleaned the database and cleared cache in Fen and now Real Debrid is returning results.

 

The results are limited compared to mine however, including loads of 4k options and no 1080p’s (she can’t use 4k) so now I’m looking at Coco Scrapers trying to sort that out.

 

Think I should be able to fix that with some more process of elimination.

Sorted! Cleared some more cache, removed all Torrent providers and then just re-added a select couple. Also tweaked the settings in Fen to not display 4k streams for her.

 

It’s now bring back loads of 1080p streams for her and is quicker than it was before.

 

Feel like I need a beer after this.

Fido K.19 has a folder with classic TV shows on that don’t need to be searched for or linked to RD.

What's the best add on for the Channel 4/5 type shows like 24 hrs in..., etc.

 

I know you can watch on the official apps but too many adverts.

Dradis is a new one that’s decent enough. Then there’s Seren, Shadow, The Promise, etc
 

You’ll find the same thing as on that Stremio though (I rewatched all the 24 Hours in Police Custody on that) in that they’ll all return some links for the wrong episodes.  
 

That has to be a Debrid thing because it’s happening on both.
