Strange because "Wenger and Rednose" that you cited in the line above always bought their "own" type of players. Which shows your confusion.

 

I dont think i'm confused, I'm talking about the turnover of players you invariably get when you constantly change managers. Each new manager wants his own new players in to build his own team. A long term manager is constantly tweaking his squad rather than constantly overhauling it. Keeping Rodgers is what FSG will do as they cant afford to fund a new manager who might not fancy Borini, Allen etc.

 

Its a plan/strategy that might not work but I can understand it.
