The best thing to see whilst you're there is the Angel Falls. They are fucking ace and they're only five minutes from a really top beach/shrimp restaurant.

I had a nasty bout of the shits at Angel Falls. Basically because we got there in a wooden canoe up the river. Unfortunately I was sat at the back of the canoe which was pretty much underwater the whole 4 hour trip and all sorts of river water found it's way up my arse. Cue 3 days of the poos.

 

If you do visit Angel Falls whilst in Albacete Stouff, I would recommend the scenic flight option.

Stu is correct about the beach restaurant though.
