England v New Zealand (2nd ODI)

What a shit day.

 

A 3 hour drive down there, I sit in the rain for 2 hours waiting for some play and decide that the game will be called off. I set off home and arrive back 3 hours later. I walk through the door and turn on sky... the fuckers say the game is about to start.

 

£60 for my ticket too!

 

 

 

The game starts, the players go off just after the point where I would get a full refund. They come back on 30mins or so before the game would be cancelled and I`d get a 50% refund.

 

Anyway, not too bothered at that point but the game gets played right up until the point where it is 6 balls from a result and the umpires call it off for a no result.

 

Shocking stuff for the people that stayed there in the rain.
