You could do it. You'll be fine - you'll have those Norris Green soliders behind you

There is bound to be some 16 year old watching this story saying to himself he'll be out at 26 with millions in his pocket. Why is it when somebody does many serious crimes they seem to blend their punishment into one short sentence?

Simply because if you are as big and as powerful as Curtis Warren the law can't touch you. It's sad but thats life. People as big as him cannot be punished to the full extent of the law. They have so much money and so much power they can buy whatever they want, the best lawyers, the best prison cells and also judges, police officers and prison guards.

"He was jailed for 12 years in 1997 for attempting to mastermind a £125m drug smuggling plot from the Netherlands to the UK.

Warren, once labelled Target One by Interpol, received an extra four years in 2001 for kicking an inmate to death.

His sentence at the high security Maastricht Prison was extended further in 2005, after he was convicted of involvement of another drugs smuggling plot while behind bars."

and two years after his latest "extension" and he's out. So he was banged up, while he was in there committed the same crime AND killed someone and he didn't even serve the original sentence.

Magnificent.

Yeah but I bet he can't put a fruit pastel in his mouth without chewing it.

The reason most of these men get away with it is because the top guys in the criminal food chain very rarely get their hands dirty, they don't usually go anywhere near drugs or guns and go to huge lengths to avoid being seen or talk on the phone with other people the coppers might be after.

That's why Al Capone was sent down for tax evasion!

That's what's so funny about all these junior g-men you see cropping up around town flashing their knives and shooters, that's not what being a 'gangster' is all about, as David Chase, the creator of the Sopranos said: 'Essentially these people (capos in the Mafia) are business men, ultra-capitalists who deal in a dangerous commodoty, but business men none the less.'

You would think with all the money he made from drugs, he would at least try to do something about his eyebrows, wouldnt you?

If he killed someone close to me, I reckon I would go mental and go punisher on his ass.

Seriously though, I'd fuckin do as many of his friends and family.

Defo. Even though it would be difficult at first I would bide my time and do it without suspicion and without leaving evidence. It would be done without question. That would go for anybody not just him.
