Anyone who finishes in 2nd place nad 6 months down the line is a decent run from finishing in the top 4 and winning a trophy does not, and should never, be sacked.

I agree with this; every manager should be afforded a bad season but i get the feeling that Benitez has taken this team as far as he can. I am stil unsure as to what i want next season but it depends on who is available/wants to join us.
