Well, you can if change a whole new design which needs a whole new planning process, which takes a bit longer than 60 days. It just seems like a petty detail to pull them up on when everyone was behind the design change at the time.

The whole point is that 2 1/2 yeares on and we are no further. The "60 days" comment is the proof positive that they were going to build a stadium, and now we still don't even hve a spade in the gorund. Fucks sake lad, it's not literal.
