Andrey Voronin has insisted that his future is resolved by the end of the month – and has ruled out a return to Liverpool.

Voronin is currently on loan at Hertha Berlin and has enjoyed a hugely successful season after a disappointing time at Anfield, scoring a hat-trick against Energie Cottbus on Saturday to send the team to the top of the Bundesliga.

Hertha general manager Dieter Hoeness has confirmed the club is eager to sign him on a permanent deal, but has admitted they may fail to raise the funds needed.

“We want to keep him,” he said. “I hope that we can find a solution.

"Of course, there is a risk that clubs with greater resources will now come in for him. The timescale is a problem.”

And Voronin has insisted he will consider other options if Hertha fail to act within the next three weeks.

"I want a decision by the end of March,” he said in Bild.

“There have been a lot of enquiries from other clubs. If it takes too long to sort something out with Hertha, I’m going to talk to other clubs.”

There had been talk about the Ukraine striker returning to Liverpool following the departure of Robbie Keane, but he does not appear keen to return.

“I’m not interested in whether they’ve noticed how I’ve been playing,” he said.

“I score goals for Hertha – not for the English side.

“I don’t give a damn what they think of me back on the island.”

He added: "Every player needs confidence. At Hertha, the coach and the players give me that.

“I’m receiving more and more passes – the guy are looking for me. It works out brilliantly.”

Fuck off you ungrateful cunt.

Suddenly scores a few goals and thinks he's fucking Zidane.

Just to sum up, cunt.

Well said Voronin, you blonde ponytailed leg. All the fans slag him off constantly, and boo him when he comes at Anfield. Then get pissed off when he REPORTEDLY says something back. Where did that article even come from? I doubt he said that, as he's way too cool for school.

I don't blame him for fucking us off.

He was ok ( in and around his injuries ) & certainly better than some that are still here , but he was treated like shite by the fans in the new Liverpool tradition.

Looks like we will get a few bob so we struck lucky really.

I hope he keeps scoring loads of goals. Just means we can demand a bigger fee and hopefully other clubs will come in for him. I'd never want him back here though as he was totally out of his depth and will never make it in the premiership.

Against Bayer, Hertha scored when Andriy Voronin's shot bounced off Leverkusen keeper René Adler and back on to his chest. "Thinner players wouldn't have made that goal," asserted the Liverpool loanee. "I scored with my sexy chest."

hahahahaha
