could be wrong...but i think we need to go get gareth barry this summer, our midfield has been average creatively this season and we need more players who can score from all over the pitch (isnt that what they say about the scum) which he does! it think he'd give us a bit more guile in the middle of the park than we have now. id also get frank ribery, i think hed fit in very nicely, he works extremely hard and is creatively excellent and he scores goals! Hes a proper right winger so will provide real width on the right like riera has done on the left. That way we would have Kuyt as second striker to torres or cover for ribery on the right. Those two would probably cost close to 50 mil..... we have 11-15 mil in the bank from keane, can probably get 15 mil from the sale of voronin, dossenna (if any teams are willing to buy an overpriced donkey), benayoun, lucas, ngog..... hopefully we win the CL and have enough left over for a spare carling cup striker......or finally call nemeth up to the subs bench

I have to laugh,....just when our season grinds to a halt, our good friend Voronin is in the form of his life scoring 4 in 4 for Hertha Berlin....cant help but think we might have recalled him from his loan spell, given we sold Keane, and kyut and babel couldn't score in a brothel! And Torres is having a tough time with injuries. I know he was useless for us last season but he cudnt be worse than babel this season or ngog...he has PL experience and has been playin regularly for Hertha who are top of the Bundesliga.......it would have been another striking option and maybe he could of had something to proove... ....just a thought
