Hardly a tap in. More like an excellent execusion of a good cross by Capel.

If we sell Xabi we can without any doubt kiss the chance of being title contenders goodbye.

agreed once alonso has one good game he goes on a good run,i hope hes convincing Benitez to keep him.

Barry's normally class for England but he's been shite tonight.

He's playing against much better players tonight than he generally has in the past for England though...

he hasn't been that great for England Brownie, against Croatia he was hauled off at half time and a limp performance in Moscow.

England are just dreadful. Beckham was dire, he can't even cross well anymore and that's his only asset. Yet he still takes all the set pieces. Why not try to mix it up, have other players having a go? Same old predictable shite. Gerrard once again shafted in favour of the absymal Lampard. Seriously, it's like nothing's changed and we still have Sven/McClaren in charge.

Time to retire the likes of Beckham and Lampard, AND Heskey! WTF is he still doing playing for England?

England will never progress until they get rid of the useless bunch of failures that have plagued the England team for years.
