A little bit peeved with that.

Their equaliser was a very sloppy goal to concede. Robertson was silly to give the ref the option to send him off. It was right down by the Spurs goal. No danger. No necessity to foul. Fair enough if he got a red preventing a goal. But, it was just an unnecessary and pointless kick out.

But, the main gripe comes with the refereeing in the first half. If Spurs rightly went down to 10 and we were given the nailed on penalty too, then we win that comfortably.

The 1 point instead of the 3 points could have massive consequences come the end of the season.

Cunt ref. I hope Klopp goes to town on him in his post-match interview. It needs publicly calling out.

Again. That was the worst officiating in a long while. Was the VAR official not at the monitor for the Kane challenge?

It's the only thing that would explain the difference between the two decisions. A joke.

It’s the only thing that would describe the difference if you’re labouring under the delusion that it’s not corrupt.

Can’t believe they’re banging on about how good it was. Low quality match decided by corrupt officiating.

Title hopes are hanging by a (very thin) thread rather than dead, but now City are smashing them in they effectively have a 4 point advantage. Their next three fixtures are all piss easy, so it’s imperative we take maximum points from our equivalent games, including the trip to Chelsea.

Very thin thread?? Its 1 win away FFS.

Nah, he was paid off to not give the penalty not the sending off of Kane. Corrupt.

Didn’t watch the game just caught the end of the pundits talking on 5live they’re talking about a Salah handball before a goal and a push on Dele-Ali in the box before we scored as well?  No idea if they talked about our decisions presume they did.

Does anyone thing allison as been put of sorts lately. Yes he's made some really good saves here but that error was poor.

Lapses that luckily didn't come to anything against villa. Not his best spell.

Robertson 3 match ban which is costly.

Anymore covid we need to get games off I'd say. Maybe Leeds is the exception as they're fucked

I agree he hasn’t been as switched on as he usually is recently. He seems jittery but often follows it with a stunning save, but to his high standards he has dipped on game play.

Still absolutely bewildered that someone watched that Kane challenge back and thought a yellow was fine. As clear a red as you'll ever see.

It's almost the definition of a textbook example; one you'd show to young refs to teach them what a red is. Out of control, feet off the floor, leg out, studs up, breaks a planted leg.

It’s against Man City. They don’t stop once they get their noses in front when it really counts. That’s why the only title they’ve lost out in the last five years is when we broke them by getting too far ahead.

That’s the spirit.

I can't agree. He was one of our best players today.

He was tormented by constant single balls splitting our whole defence. Our high line system can't work with emergency personnel. I dearly wish we would learn that.
