Just received calls from Amy Adams and Neko Case. Asking me out for ice cream and a punk rock show. But I just can't decide.

 

I'm leaning towards Neko, because music matters more to me than the movies.

Has to be Neko case.

 

One of the most touching things I've seen for ages is when she shed tears when listening to a terminally ill Jesse Winchester singing shama-ling (or whatever it's called) on Costello's Spectacle show. Try and watch that without getting a lump in the throat.

 

I realise I probably haven't quite embraced the mood of the thread there. I'd boff her rotten though.

Indeed. Going to see Elvis in June at the Philharmonic, can't wait.
