Have to agree with this. We have a Bosch washing machine and its ace. Miele are better, but they cost on average about 30% more for more or less the same washing machine.

Who knew you could get so much fun from a washing machine

Not so much fun, but it works a treat and never had a problem with it. Plus with AAA+ efficiency you can't lose.

A tumble dryer is great, It's worth it just to do your towels in. Plus with three kids we buy a lot of cloths which can go on iron free cycle.

That never really worked for me, especially with shirts. Only time I ever used them was if I needed underwear or socks quickly drying. And that became less necessary when I got older, became more organised and could afford more boxer shorts

I've not done laundry for 8 years tho.

Anyone got any good shouts on where to get paving stones and a shed from?

Depends what you're after but I'd recommend sourcing a local form for your shed. They'll likely be a lot better quality and should be able to customise it for you if required. It's also worth asking about end of season deals/display deals. We've got our name on one and should save us about 40% of its current price

depends on how many you're looking for Stu.  If it's just a few, get down to B&Q, Wickes or Homebase.  If it's a lot, then get on the web and find some local companies who will give you a better deal.  Make sure you order the bedding sand and cement if appropriate at the same time.  Same with sheds.  All of the DIY shops sell them, but best walk around a specialist suppliers where you can see what sort of quality their made of - they'll usually set them up for you too.  My local place had a 'Free Erections' sign up for years.  Again, with a shed, you might have to buy or make a base.

Got someone doing the work for me, just looking for the gear. I had a scan at B&Q and wasn't that impressed really with the choice. Was just throwing it up here in case someone had some nice gear from somewhere I might not have heard about.
