By the time I've come out of B&Q and Wickes I'll have at least 2 new best mates. The cunts.

Really wasn't impressed by wickes kitchens, maybe it was just the displays rather than the carcuses but they looked cheap and poorly put together.

 

The shell of a B&Q kitchen was cheaper (for obvious reasons) but the fronts were better looking and cheaper.

 

Had a quick look in magnet but they wanted nearly 4 grand more for the same.

 

Been suggested IKEA so that's the next step.

I remember giving a friend the B&Q type brochures we'd looked at only later to discover they'd gone for a bespoke all wooden affair. I need some new friends

I've got some Howdens stuff, and it's quite robust and solid.  You do need a tradesman to buy it for you though.  IKEA kitchens are good quality and excellent value as well, and you can get them to fit them.

I've got a mate with an IKEA kitchen and it's great. Quality is excellent.

 

Also got a friend who works for a bespoke company called Kaizen if you fancy one at the other end of the scale.
