What reason did they give?

All Stan James accounts are reviewed on a regular basis by our Trading team, and due to betting patterns on this account the decision has been made to close it.

I would make you aware that this decision has been made at the highest level and will not be reversed. Any open bets will be honoured, and any outstanding balance will be returned to you via your normal withdrawal method.

Looks like a number of people are doing well out of this, I can't actually take part but it's fucking great to see people making something from the bookies.

Alarm bells started ringing for me yesterday. I decided to put the odd £6 I had in my betfair account into the superslots. Well after about an hour of playing 20p a spin and being £30 up and down to 80p it suddenly dropped £180 I threw it into money bookers quickly.

I popped over the sky bet and I've been matching odds and even earning a small profit on their 'bet £10 a day and get a token' collect 5 tokens and get £5. It wasn't really costing me much so I was playing it.

There's a small window on the right with games, I slowly played my £24 balance away. Eventually I'd taken another £110 out of my moneybookers account chasing the dream. I got three bonus games for all of that money, £.024p, £0.32p and £0.12p were the wins.

So I self excluded myself from all but the three bookies that are still in the process of sending me my money.

The bagging worked, I made a decent wedge and for that I am very grateful to Mike, but I felt an addiction starting and I don't like that. So for that reason I'm out while I am considerably 'up' on the deal.

It's too easy when it's in moneybookers for it not to be real money. Paying with a debit card makes you think twice.

Agree with this. Also a few of the bookies don't pay bonuses to Moneybookers accounts and that prevents profits.

Just having a couple of days rest from the BB to sort out my finances and I've probably actually made about £20 overall in the last two weeks.

Still got a few bookies to go through so expecting better results soon.

I understand the addiction thing that Dave mentioned but I don't use the BB money for anything other than that. Any other stuff I do comes from the bookies free offers for Games and Casino etc.

I've just done the BlackJack thing on BetDAQ for their £50 bonus.

http://www.betdaq.com/UI/Default.aspx?pc=gamesbonus&utm_source=Circulator&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign={firstname},%20Games%20%C2%A350%20Hard%20Cash%20Bonus

It takes 72 hours to be credited apparently. It took a while to do it and was a bit scary when I'd lost more than the bonus. I managed to get back in credit following the image attached to the email. It did feel like I was working for minimum wage after a while.

Fingers crossed I get my money.

I may have a pop at some of the others now.

I never normally use Excel on my laptop but did to keep track. Well the bastards keep on banging on about a product key and I must have used up my free trial period and can no longer update it. I'm like Vladimir and have made a small profit, the biggest income so far has been Quidco cashback.

If you aren't making any money, then you either aren't following the instructions or calculating your profit / loss correctly.

You can download this Apache OpenOffice - The Free and Open Productivity Suite which is free and exactly the same as excel with a slightly different name.

I think I will add a feature were I make a profit and loss spread sheet for users in their members area.

In my case the profits arent as large, cock ups excepted, because I have chosen to keep offers around the £25-30 level rather than using the £50 ones.

I am making money, it just coincides with high stakes being made on pending results and I don't consider it a profit until I withdraw from the betting site. Plus I have only done a few free bets so far. Also due to the excel issue it is not clear exactly how much I am up, will calculate that over the weekend using a spreadsheet at work.

Sorry if this seemed like a complaint, I still back and am happy with the service, following the instructions correctly and expect to make some money.

Would you recommend moneybookers as a good place to deposit to Betdaq and betfair and withdraw to from all the other sites? My logic is that I am already signed up to Betfair and Betdaq as they are lay bet sites that require the most money, but not to deposit to new sites as it wouldn't be guaranteed to pay out the free bets. Also, I'm sure I read about a referral bonus of 20% somewhere.

You can only withdraw from the bookies with the same method you deposited with to prevent money laundering.

But you can move your money between Betfair and Betdaq much faster. Most of the non UK bookies accept Moneybooker deposits and still give the free bet.

If you email me I will send you a link with a 20% first deposit bonus.

I have a moneybookers account but haven't used it yet. I would like the 20% bonus as I will use the account for my betdaq/betfair accounts and use my card for the bookies.

I'm not in on this but can you clear something up for me please Mike? I joined Betfair not too long ago and I've only ever deposited £20 in there. I've just logged on, thinking I had a fiver left for an accy today, and noticed that they've paid me £35, fully withdrawable from something called a 'refer and earn promotion'.

What is that all about? Not that I'm complaining of course.

You have referred somebody or somebody has referred you for a betfair account so you receive £35.
