I haven't heard much about Bioshock but have heard from people that Fallout 3 an Resistance are brilliant. Look round on the internet and find some reviews. That might help.

Eh Nicky, you ever get Cod4? That's far superior to those mate. COD:World At War isn't too shabby either.

 

If I had to choose though, Id say Resistance 2 will offer the most casual violence. Fallout 3 is an RPG (so the combat is a bit secondary to collecting shit and wandering around) and Bioshock is more of a first person scarer.

I've never been a fan of historical army games, seems a bit bad taste to me but if this is modern stuff I may give it a try. I loved MGS4 so it like this? I'm not a fan of first person.

Fallout 3 is pretty good. Just started that. I don't like FPS so much either but its easier to control because of this automatic targeting widget. You can switch to 3rd person but I found it a bit clunky.

 

Dead Space is supposed to be really good too, and is 3rd person I think.

You should ask for The Columbia River Collection by Woody Guthrie. It's uberace. Singing along to it as I'm fitting mag-locks to the kitchen cupboards. The kids are looking at me like I'm cracked in the head but I'm used to that by now. They think that's bad? Wait until they find out I've got Fairport Convention lined up next.

Just started Fallout myself, really good beginning but will have another dabble later to see how it develops, holla back.

In the middle of Dead Space. Enjoying it but I've wasted half my games ammo and time by not slowing down the enemies by stasis. I didn't read the manual.

Nice atmosphere to it though if a little repetative.
