I feel that it is about time that some of the greatest characters from nearly recent times were given their own thread that people can pop back onto from time to time to see the greats, the not so greats and those synonymous with a decade which gave us all so much.

 

Lets have a photo of the player in question, or at very least a link to a photo of the player and then a few short words about the man, or men, you feel should be remembered for eternity in this thread. I'll get us started with....
