This is actually a really important point. The silence from the Pl and from Scudamore is deafening. Whilst i don't expect them to interfere in an ongoing court case, they absolutely need to issue a statement NOW deploring the legal action, reminding the current or any prospective owners of their responsibilities to the game, and of the requirements to pass the fit and proper persons test and be approved by the PL. instead we get silence, and Scudamore playing Pontius Pilate, washing his hands of everything and of the mess that the PL has created.
