Taking the question about limitless funds literally, I'd fund the construction of a time machine and retrieve Pele from his younger days. Like the one that bloke had to go and kill little blue bastards in that old film. I think it was called 'The man who went to kill little blue bastards. In a time machine'

In your post you've just summed up everything that is wrong with this site at the moment.

 

I am trying to get a sensible football debate going about the number of quality strikers that might be available rather than the 1000 or so posts on here abusing or taking the piss out of other posters.

 

How many interesting football threads have actually been on here lately, not saying that this thread is interesting but just trying to move the forum forward.

Tevez seems like he could do with a break from his hectic schedule of jellied eels and chimney sweeping. He is also ugly enough not to rock the boat with our existing strikeforce.

 

Yeah Tevez seems quite good.

Plus he is young and has pace to burn with good ball control.

Villa keeps saying he doesnt want to play in England. He said it a couple of weeks back when linked with Chelsea and said "I dont even like the beatles" when linked with us!

 

However, if this wasnt an issue it would be David Villa that I would bring in.

 

Misleading. He's a huge Shack fan and has the cover art from HMS Fable tattooed on his back.
