Being the social anthropologist that I'm not, I've long theorized that the sweet spot for women cutting their hair short is 44 and is usually around the time when their hair starts to become finer and needing more colour maintenance than previous years. It's also their own tacit acknowledgement that they're venturing into the heart of middle age. I cannot show my workings out for this post as I have none.

There was a bird in causality or holby or some shit about that age with a tight bonce and she looked ace. Came back into it lately with long hair and doesn't look half as nice.

There are few women that can successfully pull off short hair (ooo errrr) but it is really sexy when they suit it. 

They both look OK with short hair but are far more attractive with longer hair.

Can't post pictures but Amber Rose and Frankie Sandford both 100% look better with short hair

A work colleague said this Amber Rose character so I did a google and she is dog rough in all her Google pictures to be honest. This Frankie bird looks okay with medium length hair which is what I mostly see when googling her but still better longer.
