Id get the train. Much easier travelling round London on the underground than driving. Hotels i dont have a clue though they'll be bloody expensive round Hyde Park. Might be better travelling in from thr outskirts of london like Harrow or Watford and gettinf the train into Euston. Would be far cheaper,most people do this on a certain day in May for some event at Wembley

Been to Hyde Park calling a few times. I get the train straight to Paddington, then it's about 15 minute walk to Hyde Park. I've always stayed at the Pavilion hotel, which is a rock n roll themed hotel. The room is pretty basic but for £50 a person you can't go wrong. It's situated between Paddington & Hyde Park.

You could see the Arab racers with their abominations for cars and eat at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester; last time I was there it cost £380 for me and her indoors, so reasonably priced by London standards!

 

Would've been cheaper to eat outdoors then.
