Right, Hannibal. I've watched through to th end of Season One and it's not rubbish, it's just very slow, very gory and a tad on the dull side. I'm still undecided in terms of carrying on.

 

The Leftovers, watched the first three, wanted to kill every single person in it. Gave up.

 

Resurrection, i've lasted a little longer mainly because i keep waiting for the guy who played Clarence Boddicker in RoboCop to just go nuts and pull out an enormous gun, but still, it hasn't happened yet and is probably highly unlikely ever to. A touch on the dull side.

 

Gomorrah on the other hand was absolutely brilliant. Everyone should get on it.

I love Hannibal and especially Banshee. The latter is basically 80s exploitation set in the modern day, great stuff.

Gomorrah was good the whole way through but it entered a different level with the last few episodes. Brilliant.

 

New series of The Fall is starting next month apparently. They're repeating series 1 starting Sunday night.

I think Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Spartacus and Banshee are / were all first class.

 

Really like Hannibal too. And Breaking Bad and True Detective.

 

Gave up on Bates Motel, The Americans and I thought Homeland went to shit early into series 1 !

Anyone watching this Dylan Thomas thing on BBC 2 tonight? Tom Hollander is a good actor and although a bit grim for a Saturday evening I reckon it will be worth a watch.

After True Detective Still think Fargo is the best new show this year thus far. 

 

If you're looking for something to check out try the US version of The Bridge.

Will get onto it but saw some of the first episode and it looked too much like a carbon copy of the original Scando one.

Fargo was good, a solid 7.5/10. True Detective is the dogs balls. Gomorrah isn't far behind though.

Watched the first season of peaky blinders, very well done show with some cracking characters. The accents were a bit hit and miss mind but the pacing was top notch.

 

Will need to find season 2 - 8/10

Actors playing 'themselves' get caught up in a post-apocalyptic LA after doing weed at a massive house party at James Franco's place. It looks like something the actors thought would be a great idea after actually getting high on weed.

Legit , on the recommendation of someone on here  - very very funny

Fargo was ace , as was Boardwalk Empire  . Just watched a couple of episodes of Oz , it's promising but not convinced yet

 

Banshee ? Ban fucking shee ?  Fucking tripe , down there with that other dross -  section 31  knows 

Still persevering with Homeland , but that has gone even further to fuck 

 

True detective was also superb .  Game of thrones got on my tits

Watched The Fall which started on BBC 2 last night, its was on last year but I missed it. First episode quiet promising, hoping Gillian Anderson gets her mott out but I doubt that's in the script. Never mind still a 7/10 so far.

Just watched the pilot of Intruders with John Simm. Intriguing enough, double bill on BBC2. Going to watch the second episode now 7/10.
