I've only seen bits of the match, but to me it looks like Verdasco is the only one that has been trying to hit winners. He's been much more assertive and decisive with his groundstrokes, and most of Murray's points seem to be from Verdasco shots that have gone out or hit the net. That said, Murray has just broken Verdasco in the 4th set, which puts him in the driving seat to take the match into a deciding set.

Can't really be arsed with tennis but Mrs J and the kids were really getting into it. I wandered in just as the victory cheers were going around the living room. Just then it cut to a shot of a smiling Alex Ferguson. Spontaneously I shouted "Fuck off Fergie." The wife and kids stopped in their tracks and looked at me.

Why have they scheduled both semi finals to be played on Centre Court? The first one could potentially go on for a 5th set and get dragged out before reaching a conclusion, then the same could happen in the other semi final once it eventually gets under way. It would be better to use both main courts and stagger the start times by an hour, and shift all the matches that nobody really gives a fuck about (doubles, kiddies and old fogeys) to the outer courts.
