Who steps in for Sakho vs Villareal?

  1. 1. Simple; who should play next to Lovren vs Villareal (and in the final)?

With Sakho's stupidity comes another conundrum regarding team selection for Klopp. Shame, as that back four has seemed very solid for quite a few games now.

Question is simple, who partners Lovren (I'm assuming he's 1st choice CB) in the important games from now on.

Cast your mind back 12 months and imagine asking who should have the right to partner Lovren.  What a turn around.

Anyway, the answer should be Skrtel but word on the street is that he's struggling to regain full fitness following his injuries.  That leaves Lucas and Toure. I would rotate them on a match by match basis as Toure looks like he could break down at any time.

Usually i would say Skrtel but since he is not match fit. Has to be Toure.

Surprised he didnt give Skrtel at least 20 mins on Sunday with the problems we have there.

Presume he will start v Swansea

Kolo will need all his experience on Thursday. But id back him to do the Biz.

Toure, especially given the hole we have in midfield too. Otherwise I'd be tempted to give the nod to Lucas, but I think we might need him a bit further forward.

I agree with that especially Lucas to be a bit further up , though would it be too risky to give the nod to someone less experienced. Its all a bit of a problem to say the least at this stage.
