Had to laugh on the way home from the match today. Had 5 Live on to catch the start of the Spurs- Chelsea match and they had Steve Claridge co-commentating. Anyway, the main match commentator was reeling off Chelsea's form for 2014.

Arsene Wenger confronted by fan during Arsenal defeat

 

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was confronted by a supporter in the dugout during his side's 2-0 defeat by Southampton.

 

The fan remonstrated with Wenger, 65, late on in the contest as Arsenal lost for the first time in five matches.

 

His assistant Steve Bould told the supporter to leave and a group of stewards quickly led the man away.

 

It comes weeks after the Frenchman was abused by Arsenal fans while boarding a train following defeat at Stoke City.

 

Wenger, in his 19th season at Arsenal, was the subject of protests by some Gunners' fans at West Brom in November.
