City are playing beautifully on the counter and when they pinch the ball they have 4 or 5 players bursting forward. Bit like we used to do under Ged except we only had little Mickey bursting forward.

Anyway, I've seen a lot of people on here saying we should go to all out attack against the other big 3 (even though ManU and to a lesser ectent Chelsea came to Anfield to shut up shop and pinch the odd goal on the breakaway). To those people, would you rather go to OT like City, concede possession and pressure and hope to play on the counter, or would you rather go there all guns blazing and lose by 3 or 4 in a blaze of glory?

I like managers who like to have a go... any Liverpool managers who plays for a draw anywhere deserves instant dismissal.

I don't think any manager plays for a draw but sometimes you hope you can keep it tight and nick it on the break if you're playing away against a team with better resources.
