It's utterly ridiculous- the review is supposed to inform responses to inevitable future pandemics and these crooked cunts seem determined to stall it or muddy the waters at every point. Also, it's about time the use of WhatsApp for government business is stopped. This isn't a few employees creating a channel to moan about their boss/ working conditions, they're supposed to be running the country ffs.
