...aka Victor Bergman ("Space 1999") and Lt. Philip Gerard (from the original TV series of "The Fugitive") passed away in February this year.

 

I only found out last night that this fine British actor died yet we have had columns filled with crap about the likes of Jade Goody, Chantelle Houghton, Jodie Marsh and Rebecca Loos.

 

So vacuous non-entities with no talent merit countless stories in our papers about who they are opening their legs for and yet the passing of a talented British actor does not.

 

I hate Big Brother, I hate "reality shows" but most of all I hate the way the press fawn over people with no discernable talent whatsoever.

 

However I suppose we get the media we deserve.
