Has anyone else just been scammed on their free trial? Bastards emailed this morning saying they have suspended my free trial due to my payment set-up. The free trial isn’t due to run out until 2nd jan. updated the payment method and they have taken 7.99. Twats

I'm a prime member and I find their customer service usually rectifies things like this pretty quickly if you get in touch, I had 7 months audible subscription I didn't know I had refunded

Yeah, Amazon customer service is probably the best I’ve ever had. I use the online chat if something goes wrong and they sort it in seconds.
