Bumping this as a Christmas swag thread.

My haul:

- Fuck load of dollars for an upcoming holiday

- 3 bottles of wine - going to put my no-alcohol commitment on hold for a day

- Few veggie/plant-based recipe books

- Chocs

- Clothes (mostly hoodies because it's cold, slippers, PJs)

- Tools for the new house (mostly bought for myself: Ladder 4.7m ~£40, Pres. Washer £80, Hedge Trimmer £10)

Me and my bird and going to Berlin in a couple of weeks, so I got euros from my parents equivalent to a meal at a posh restaurant I’ve reserved for us, and a few more from my sister.

my missus has got me a blinding present, a night in Edinburgh to go on an evening photography class. That’ll be ace.

but the best present was the smile on my little girl’s face all day after her mum dropped her off, and the fun we all had.

christmas is a million times better now that her happiness is at the centre of it.

Giving is defo better these receiving. However, I got Hooton’s book, which is boss, and Toblerone, which is bosser than boss.

I got Michael Parkinson's new George Best memoir which I'm sure you'd appreciate Tone as you're a Best fan. Should be good
