Moving into the city

Coming from the States for a year at uni.

 

I'll do all the touristy things at some point or another, but what all else should I know? (And is there any chance of a spare to Debrecen or Hull :whistle: )

Getting into the program (taught master's in English) wasn't too tough, I'm all right with that stuff and I knew a few people already from conferences over here. Getting the visa was fucking tough though, I have no head for details and that was page after page of them.

 

It'll be my first time over, yes, and I've been in the States my whole life (though lived all over here: Alabama, North Carolina, Maryland, Oklahoma, Washington state). Supported Liverpool since I was a kid thanks to a youth team coach putting me on the right path, but never had a chance to get farther than Canada a couple of times. Been looking forward to this for quite a while.
