Bought a DELL laptop for my son yesterday.

Its fine apart from the fact that it wont connect to the internet via my wireless router. The router is working ok as other pcs in the house are accessing the internet through it.

The message on the laptopsays its connnected but it has limited connectivity

Any ideas?

Have you tried right-clicking on the Network icon in the System tray and selecting Diagnose and Repair? That'll either fix it or give some indication of the problem
