The actual pic of her is shopped onto the paper he is holding. You can see it around his shoulder.

 

The shoulder of his suit is much more blurry above and below where the photograph intersect it. Where they touch, less blurry because they have had to copy the photo over the faint blue pixels of his suit. Someone has done some work on that bit.

A damage limitation exercise right there. In an attempt to right the see-through wrongs previously displayed, engineer a photo in what are the female equivalent of apple catchers. Combined with short hair, a grannie's dress and no heels contributes to a not so much girl-next-door look as girl-in-next-door's-cellar look, straight out of the Elizabeth Fritzell leisurewear collection.

 

At least they weren't grey though, I suppose.

If you look closely you can see that the top of his shoulder is just as blurry.
