sorry to go over old ground. but why wasn't he sent off for the elbow in Harry's face again? isn't that a raised hand or elbow?

 

because in todays modern game you can't go in for a full blooded challenge taking the ball first and then the man but at every fuckin free kick into the penalty box and every corner these twat referees allow all kinds of blocking, pushing , pulling elbowing and generally ignore it or give a free kick to the defender..it's all bollox...

And it's in every game. RE Carvalho, I didn't see the incident, but surely you should blame the ref for not sending him off?

He also tried to elbow Hyypia in the pen area when Carvaliho saw that he coudnt get a header on the ball. He then throw his arm up against Hyppia's head to disturb him.

 

Schelski are setting new standards when it comes to diving and use of dirty tricks. And when it works and they dont get punished by the ref., they will continue doing it. Because it works.

 

I’m a bit sad about this. It was not the fucking divers who got me when I first saw English football. It was the die hard attitude between the guy running down the right wing and the left back tackles the ball and player up on 4. row. And they both got up and walked away.

 

Well….not Andy Cole….but he is a wanker :D
