Liverpool team: Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Klavan, Robertson, Milner, Can, Coutinho, Salah, Firmino, Sturridge.

 

Substitutes: Karius, Wijnaldum, Lovren, Henderson, Moreno, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Solanke.

 

Fucking hell - when you look at that team half of it shouldn't be anywhere near a team with supposed title/top 4 ambitions.

AOC still can't get a game. My mrs in the hairdressers, lad at an interview, daughter in the pictures. I'm off in about 5 minutes, wonder who will be the happiest out of us at 5pm.

I see Chamberlain keeps his best position from his Arsenal days.

 

Really bizarre signing.

I'll be generous and say that Klopp is all about preparation especially pre-season which AOC missed for us so it'll take time to integrate him. Either that or it's just a very strange £35 million transfer for no obvious reason at the moment beyond having an extra body in midfield.
