Like Rodgers said he needs more industry from Sturridge and if that means he misses out whilst working on fitness then so be it, his last few games show he has the ability but not the work ethic and a few instances we lost out due to nothing but sheer laziness. He hasn't made it yet he needs to earn it and continue to earn it. I think he'll knuckle down once fully fit, he's a good buy.

He doesnt move when he gets the ball, it's all just pivot and pass. Sometimes, especially against chip butty teams like this, you need the defensive mid and centre backs to move forward with the ball and force them on the backfoot, overload them.
