While this is true to an extent in relation to a change of system , I think last nights example with Johnson for example has nothing to do with coaching. He just switched off and let his man by him. That's down to the player IMO.

 

The point of coaching a system is to reduce the effect of individual errors, which are always going to be there. The system we are using right now does not deal with the defense adequately. That goes for the whole team, not just the defensive players.

 

He's not coming back Ronnie, but there is always drugs to turn to in your darkest hour.
