It's been a helpful pitch but I'd have today down as good bowling/bad batting rather than a shocker of a decision at the toss.

Been prescribed bed rest by the missus and she's also taken the day off work. I'm in bed, dosed up on painkillers, watching this all day, eating pate on peppered crackers and drinking cups of tea.

Aside from the pain I'm in, life is pretty good today.
