Apologies if this is really easy , but I don't use Excel much.

My excel is set up to drop the nought off the end of numbers , but I don't want to.

If I key 4021.30 I want it to look like that not 4021.3

Have had a twiddle with format / numbers but can't get it to change.

Any help would be appreciated.

Highlight the entire column, right click on it somewhere, click on "Format Cells," select "Number" and choose from the dropdown box how many decimal places you require.
