if we did get a new man in charge would he want to bring his own staff with him. the scouting system at anfield must be dubious when you think of some of the shit we have bought recently, maybe even the academy must be looked at to see if the standard of kids going their are good enough,the only kid to come through recently is neil mellor and as much as it hurts me to say it he is not good enough for a top premiership side, perhaps G H could step down and look after the academy as he has a good record of finding young talent.

Neil Mellor? In the last 3 years we have had Gerrard, Mellor, Welsh, Wright etc.

 

Wright on his own has paid for that place to run for a couple of years.
