I think the idea of points for clean sheets etc is a good one and four teams each as well, means anyone can join. Just to let you know I've not forgotten and me and wiiksie are on the verge of getting everything in place.

 

I propose a £5 donation each, to be made into Dave's paypal account. TLW gets half the proceedings (for Dave to spend however he sees fit) and we use the other half as prize money, 50% of this for the winner, 30% for 2nd and 20% for third.

 

I need the final say so from Dave though. Let me get back to you about the format imminently. Matter of hours, etc.

Right, I am starting a new thread in a bit, but here's the format.

 

At random, you'll be getting drawn 4 teams, one from each group. This is going to be totally random. Here is how the points will be scored:

 

 

3 points for a win for each team

1 point for a draw for each team

1 bonus point for clean sheet

 

Then, pick a goalscorer. This can be anyone from the entire tournament. That's your pick.

 

Any objections or suggestions, or should I start Phase Two?
