In this case, political correctness has apparently been preventing the cashier from saying 'Merry Christmas' in case it offends someone who doesn't celebrate Christmas. The hero making the Tweet, and Trump, is reclaiming it. In reality, it's complete and utter bollocks- for a start, Walmart isn't exactly a bastion of PC identity politics.

In fairness to them generally they're ok compared to say bluemoon or grand old team. They sort of accept with envy that we are good rather than blaming some conspiracy

Was telling a mate in the pub about this thread last night when two drunk punks came in and sat down near us and started sneering and calling me a nerd for talking about a forum in a real life situation. I told them to pipe down and they did for a while,  but then it started up again. Regrettable, but they had been warned. I punched the first in the throat and he fell coughing and spluttering, his pint of Carling now forgotten, his salt and vinegar crisps neglected. His pal cowered and begged for mercy and I said I’d let him off on condition that he took a serious life lesson from what had just happened. He actually thanked me before he helped his friend out, and the whole pub began applauding as they left.
