Transwomen are not women. They are transwomen. Its simple there are three categories : woman, transwoman, transexual woman. You treat them as the same or different according to the nature of the decision being made. If as the video above suggests sometimes women are treated different from other women (i.e. a white woman, a black woman) then surely its ok to sometimes treat transwomen as different from other women (sports, single sex changing rooms, women's refuge, women's prison).

 

The number of people who are transitioning proves something of a social phenomena and confirmation bias. Mixed up teenagers have always poured their problems into the latest fashionable bucket. It used to be anorexia (massive spike in cases) and now its trans. In 20 years it will be something else.

I don't see why it can't be as simple as grown adults (and only adults) being allowed to have an operation, then getting a certificate to say they've changed gender and everything is legit and above board.

 

Why does it have to be that Grizzly Adams can invite himself onto the panel of Loose Women, then when eyebrows are raised, Dr Grifter from the University of Pennsylvania releases her doctorate claiming sex is just a psychological construct anyway, and this also applies to Orca whales, blackbirds and Tyrannosaurus Rexs, but they're just not clever enough to realise it.

 

The loose women promptly find themselves on gardening leave and are accused of murdering grizzley Adams with their tweets.

Well, based on the number of experienced women on the board, they seem to have made their decision and I'm not sure what qualification you have to assume it's a bad one.

This is quite an interesting read from a basic English language perspective, it's about a non binary and transgender couple but the use of "they" to refer to an individual and then "they" to refer to them as a couple has a "forgetabout it" feel, alongside name changes for one or them, proper bakes your noodle.
